Subscriptions to the Pettr Club are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Upon subscribing, your voucher codes will be sent within 1-2 working days to the email address used at the time of purchase. If you prefer to use a different email address, you may email customercare@pettr.app.
Voucher codes must be provided when booking services in order to avail of your subscription plan’s benefits.
In the event of non-payment, Pettr reserves the right to cancel your subscription plan.
Pettr may, at any time, modify the subscription plans, service offerings, pricing, or policies. Any such modifications will take effect immediately upon posting of the modified Terms of Service or related policies. Your continued use of the subscription plan constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Services or related policies.
Subscription plans are available on a monthly or annual basis.

Pettr reserves the right to cancel your subscription in the event of violation of the Terms of Service or Terms and Conditions, or due to nonpayment of dues.
To request for cancellation of your subscription, you may send a request to customercare@pettr.app. Cancellation requests will be processed within 1-2 working days from receipt of the request.
Any cancellation shall be effective on the first day of the following period of your plan.
