Terms of Service:

• Subscription to the Pettr Club is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Upon subscription, your voucher codes will be sent to the email address used to purchase the subscription plan, within 1-2 working days. If you will use a different email address, you may email  customercare@pettr.app.
• Voucher codes and promo codes must be provided during service booking to avail of your plan’s benefits. You may use only one voucher or promo code when booking services. You may not stack benefits.
• In the event of nonpayment, Pettr reserves the right to cancel your subscription plan.                     
• Pettr may, at any time, modify the subscription plans, service offerings, pricing, or policies, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms of Service or related policies. Your continued use of the Plan shall be construed as consent to the modified Terms of Services or related policies. 
• Subscription Plans are available on an annual basis.

Transaction limits for Premium Plans: 

• Free Grooming: Free grooming services are covered up to a maximum of PHP 1350 only per session. You will be charged for service add-ons or charges in excess of this amount, and any such additional amounts must be paid in order to complete the booking on the Pettr app. 
• Free Home Vaxx: Home vaccination services are covered to a maximum of PHP 2100 only per session. You will be charged for service add-ons or charges in excess of this amount, and any such additional amounts must be paid  to complete the booking on the Pettr app. 
• Free APC: Annual Pet Check up consisting of CBC and physical check up services are covered to a maximum of PHP 2500 only per session. You will be charged for service add-ons or charges in excess of this amount, and any such additional amounts must be paid to complete the booking on the Pettr app.
• PHP250 Off : Pettr Shop promo codes may only be applied with a minimum order of PHP 1000.
