Cancellation Policy

Pettr reserves the right to cancel your subscription in the event of  violation of the Terms of Service or Terms and Conditions, or due to nonpayment of dues. 

To request for cancellation of your  subscription, you may send a request to customercare@pettr.app. Cancellation requests will be processed within 1-2 working days from receipt of the request.  

Any cancellation shall be effective on the first day of the following period of your plan.
